A conceptual retail store designed to connect sneaker culture with the cinematic experience. Developed for a location next to VOX Cinemas in Abu Dhabi, the space invites moviegoers to design limited-edition, film-inspired sneakers before their screening and collect them right after the credits roll.
Envisioned as a collaborative platform between major shoe brands and blockbuster film studios, the store responds to what’s playing on screen. Whether it’s a new Marvel release or an animated Disney feature, each film unlocks exclusive graphics, colors, and motifs that can be customized using an in-store screen interface. The designs are printed via UV technology during the movie, turning audience excitement into tangible, wearable merch.
This project explores spatial design, branding, user interaction, and product development. It bridges narrative and retail in a way that makes fandom personal and fleeting cinematic moments something you can walk away with.

Concept visuals for a speculative collaboration between major film studios and footwear brands. This pair was designed around the Deadpool franchise as a limited-edition theatrical tie-in. All designs are speculative and non-commercial, part of an academic project exploring how fandom and fashion might merge through cinematic partnerships.
The in-store kiosk interface was designed with a custom UI that adapts to the current blockbuster. Users are guided through a seamless UX journey, from selecting a film to customizing detailed elements of their sneaker.
The interface lives inside the physical retail space, making the digital experience feel tactile, themed, and emotionally connected to the cinematic moment.
Once the design is submitted, the interface sends the order to on-site UV printers while the user heads into their screening. The UX flow is timed to mirror the movie runtime, ensuring a smooth transition from creation to collection. By the end, users leave with a personalized, wearable memento tied to the story they just experienced.
